Shipping. Please note that at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or foreign addresses.

Delivery

Many of our products ship in 6-10 business days because they are handmade or custom-made for you. If you have any questions about delivery times for particular products, please contact us.

Returns / Refunds

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on handmade or custom-made items.

We love happy customers! If you are unhappy with your non-custom purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send directions for return shipping. We can only refund items returned within 30 days of receipt. A refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued once your order is received and processed. Items from our dog bakery are not returnable. Products must be in new/original condition. If you received a damaged item, please let us know ASAP. Thank you.
