Thank you for shopping at Pet Lovers Market. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the pet products we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Pet Lovers Market, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Pet Lovers Market’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Refund and Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

a. Returns and Exchanges: We offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

b. Eligibility for a Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

c. Return Process: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

d. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

a. Full Refunds: If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

b. Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) – for example, items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
