Boxer Love: Eco-Friendly and Organic Clothing

Eco-Friendly Clothing: Dean Russo t shirts are made with eco-friendly, water-based inks and dyes. Other screenprinters use solvent-based inks made primarily of plastic (petroleum). These have a rough feel and contain toxic phthalates. In contrast, our collection of Dean Russo t shirts are made with waterbased ink to create photo-realistic imagery. The t shirt manufacturing process fully protects earth, air and water. The Dye Oxidation System (DOS) purifies waste water during the manufacturing process. It removes color and additives without chemicals. As a result, the process does not create dead water stripped of oxygen. In fact, it does the opposite. The final product is enriched with oxygen which works harmoniously with micro-organisms. The use of DOS shows a strong commitment to continuing the legacy of American Made Manufacturing. In contrast, many other t-shirt printers are moving operations offshore in search of cheap labor and relaxed environmental regulations.
Chemical Free: All of the Dean Russo t shirts are Oekotex 100% certified (one of the highest qualification worldwide). This guarantees the t shirts are free of chemicals harmful to your body. Our water-based inks create the amazing soft feel to our prints (99.5% of other t-shirt printers use petroleum based ink).
